Tabs Eliminate Shrink Tubing, Hand Blocking

A fully insulated male tab has been developed to resist vibration using an open barrel design with a high-integrity F crimp wire attachment. The F crimp wire attachment encapsulates the wire without crushing it and has a nylon insulator to eliminate the need for shrink tubing or hand blocking. Designed to be applied by automated wire processing equipment, the fully insulated male tab is UL/CSA approved and comes in brass and tin-plated brass in three sizes to accept wire ranges from 20 Ga to 10 Ga.
