Said to be robust and capable of withstanding mechanical and thermal stress, the J0C-0003/4/5/6 series 10/100 Base-TX surface-mount, RJ-45 single-port (1 x 1) tab-down connectors feature integrated magnetics and through-hole connectors. They comply with the IEEE802.3 Hipot standard and operate in temperatures ranging from 0°C to 70°C. Deemed significant is the co-planarity on the connector's SMT pins of less than 0.102 mm, which minimizes dry joints after solder reflow and decreases rework and scrap. Additionally, the components meet or exceed the IEEE802.3i for 10 Base-T, IEEE802.3u for 100Base-TX, and ANSI X3.263 standards. Available on tape-and-reel or in tray packaging, prices start at $1.60 each/10,000. PULSE, San Diego, CA. (858) 674-8100.
