Both components, when deployed as single-pole contacts, do not require external housings and can be used with existing Powerpole 75A and SB 50A connectors. The company provides a Powerpole and SB guide housing when the Vertical contact is used with an SB50 or a 75A multi-pole connector. This prevents users from reversing polarity.
