Relying on 51 LEDs to provide a uni- or multi-color bargraph, the model LPB loop-powered bargraph is configurable for one, three, or five pointers or full bars. The unit is 4 mA-to-20mA powered and only puts a 4.5V burden on the loop, allowing for multiple units in the loop on the factory floor. The 51 segments specify a 2% resolution and accuracy indication of the loop’s value and are scalable within 30% of the factory setting of 0% to 100% via the front panel zero and span potentiometers. The LPB is available in four grades: industrial, meeting certain Mil-specs, nuclear (10CFR50B), and intrinsically safe. For more details, call OTEK CORP., Tucson, AZ. (877) 227-6835.
