The Model IPP-2069, a 3-dB, 90° hybrid coupler covering the 100 MHz to 500 MHz frequency range, combines two signals in magnitude up to 150W CW of total input power. Measuring 3.3" x 1.5" x 0.23", the component comes in a drop-in style package with silver, 0.005" thick solder-tab connections. Specifications include an insertion loss of less than 0.5 dB, phase balance of less than ±6 degrees, VSWR of less than 1.3:1, amplitude balance of less than ±0.75 dB, and a greater than 17 dB of isolation.
