Tailored for automatic benchtop dispensing applications, the 4000-LF dispensing robots are manufactured in accordance with RoHS requirements, deliver a resolution of 20 microns, and make interpolation available in all axes. Programming is performed via a teach-pendant interfacing with dispensing software that walks users through step-by-step instructions to create a dispensing program in minutes. The robots accept a tool weight up to 5 kg and a worktable load of 10 kg. Other features include a fluid-purge button on the front panel, resident program capacity of 100 programs with a total point memory of 400,000 points, 4,000 points of positioning data per program, and a software tip-alignment routine for quick program offsets when changing dispensing tips.
