With an eye on user safety, the PowerMod HP high-power series connectors feature touch-safe female housings, a cable strain relief, and positive latches. The latching system provides another layer of security as well as clear identification via distinct blue buttons. The RoHS-compliant connectors handle up to 450A for applications at a 30ºC temperature rise. They accommodate wire sizes from AWG 6 to AWG 4/0 and metric sizes from 13.3 mm x 13.3 mm to 95 mm x 95 mm. For additional reliability, a cable strain-relief kit supports all applicable wire sizes and is available as an option. The components come in 10 housing types including right angle, bus bar, panel mount, blind mate, and float. ANDERSON POWER PRODUCTS, Sterling, MA. (978) 422-3600.
