Promising greater reliability in extreme conditions, the latest addition to the Dura-Con Micro-D connector family is capable of performing in temperatures from -40°C to +175°C. The component's high-temperature insulator and a patented twist-pin design featuring seven points of contact enables it to withstand over 50g of shock as per Mil-Std 1344, Method 2004, Condition E and 20g of vibration as per Mil-Std 1344, Method 2005, Condition IV. The plug insulators are available in tooled sizes with nine, 15, 25, 50, 100, or 120 positions. Additional sizes and configurations are also available upon request.
