Supporting high-load applications, the PST 40i1 pluggable connectors specify a 40-Adc current rating and are available pre-assembled as over-molded, cut-to-length cable assemblies or in field-wireable versions. The connectors operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to + 85°C with no need to reduce current based on temperature. Other features include an IP 68 ingress protection rating, silver-plated, machined contacts, mate compatibility with industry standard connectors, resistance to UV, a 1-kV voltage rating, and support for wire sizes from 16 to 8 AWG.
