Enabling an insertion-loss figure of -1 dB, the company’s latest RJ-45 jacks integrate magnetic modules for isolating common- and differential-mode interference. They are available in single-, dual-, and quad-port versions and meet IEEE 802.3 specs while their housing design satisfies UL 94 V-0 and TIA-968. The electrical isolation can withstand a breakdown voltage of 1.5 kVac and the modules specify a reflection loss of -16 dB and a crosstalk of -40 dB. Other features include an operating temperature range from 0°C to +70°C and two integrated LEDs. Suitable for 10/100 Base-T, 1000 Base-T, and PoE environments, pricing starts at $1 each in volume.
