Promising to optimize design flexibility and manufacturing efficiency, the 1-mm contact centerline SMH Series male header and SFM Series female header mates enable EOEMs and assemblers to cut vendor count per BOM as well as reduce overall costs and time-to-market. Parts are available in single- and dual-row configurations, with or without guideposts, and with SMT, straight, or right-angle terminations. Male headers are available in 1-mm or 1.5-mm profiles and with 1.65-mm or 1.9-mm head heights in SMT versions. Corresponding female header mates come with 2.1-mm or 3.15-mm profiles. All are compatible with reflow processes and specify an operating temperature range -40?C to +125?C. Featuring a current rating of 1A per contact, single- and dual-row headers and female mates are available in two through 100 positions. Typical pricing for SMH Series male headers range from $0.873 to $4.904 each/1,000 and prices for the SFM Series female header mates range from $1.121 to $7.425 each/1,000.
