The Model 4246B-10 miniature, stripline coaxial microwave coupler delivers 10 dB of coupling from 6 to 18 GHz and allegedly has an extremely flat frequency response. Designed to meet military requirements for shock and vibration, the component handles up to 50W of average power and 3 kW of peak power. Other features include a directivity of at least 15 dB, insertion loss of 2.5 dB or less, VSWR of 1.4:1, frequency sensitivity of ±0.5 dB or better, and a maximum deviation from nominal of +11 dB. The module measures 1.4” x 0.66” x 0.42”, weighs 0.9 oz., and employs female SMA connectors. Operating temperature range is -54°C to +105°C. NARDA MICROWAVE - EAST, Hauppauge, NY. (631) 231-1700.
