The Industrial Mini I/O connector system features two points of contact to maintain performance and increase reliability in high vibration environments. Measuring approximately one fourth the size of a traditional RJ-45 plug, the connector includes a latching system designed to protect the plug from pull-out during high vibration or collision. Its polarized, wire-to-board interface features two keying options to prevent mismating and consists of eight individual circuits to accommodate I/O signals. Specs include a current rating of 0.5A, a 30V rating on a 0.635-mm centerline spacing, and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +70°C with a durability of 1,500 cycles. Options include SMT and through-hole configurations. TYCO ELECTRONICS, Harrisburg, PA. (800) 522-6752.
