BGA Converter Supports Axcelerator FG896

The DC-AX2000/RTAX2000S-01 Actel device converter allows the use of a commercial Axcelerator FG896 package during prototyping and then accommodates a switch to an equivalent CQ352 package for production. It can be soldered directly onto the SMT QFP pads using standard solder methods and consists of a footprint and pin out conversion multi layer PCB with a true gull-wing lead adapter for SMT processing.
