A second generation, sealed hybrid, high-density and modular connector system, the CMX family uses a unique CTX terminal system with a fully protected seal.

A second generation, sealed hybrid, high-density and modular connector system, the CMX family uses a unique CTX terminal system with a fully protected seal. The system targets transportation powertrain applications such as engine control units, automatic gear boxes, suspension controllers, and parking brakes. The first two circuit sizes are a five-row, 55-circuit connector and a five-row 65-circuit component. Both support low and medium current using 0.635-mm and 1.5-mm CTX terminals. The matte seal can be used with ISO and JASO wires and the rear seal cover can be molded with breakable dummy plugs for the terminal cavities. MOLEX INC., Lisle, IL. (800) 786-6539.
