The SG-BGA-6345 socket supports 31 mm x 31 mm, 1.118-mm pitch 729-pin BGAs and operates at bandwidths up to 8 GHz with under 1 dB of insertion loss and a 20-m? per pin contact resistance. Other features include a low-inductance elastomer contactor, operating temperature range from -35°C to +100°C, a pin self inductance of 0.15 nH, mutual inductance of 0.025 nH, capacitance to ground of 0.01 pF, and a 2A per pin current rating.
