The component dissipates 4.5W with passive heat sinking and up to 40W with active sinking. Contact resistance is 20 m? per pin. Other features include a temperature range from -35°C to +100°C, pin self inductance of 0.15 nH, mutual inductance of 0.025 nH, capacitance to ground of 0.01 pF, and a current rating of 2A per pin.
