Expanding its power connector family, Binder-USA has developed M12 A-coded panel-mount receptacles that come prewired with 18-gauge, 200-mm leads. As a result, they conduct up to 8 A per contact and 250 V per connector. The increased wire size suits the connectors for industrial and automation applications. The receptacles, replete with a PG9 mounting thread, are available with four and five gold-plated contacts. They’re sealed to an IP67 rating, offering protection from liquids and debris in harsh settings.
