The OC100HG is a high-voltage, high-current gain, optocoupler from Voltage Multipliers. The 10-kV, 1-W device features 25-kV isolation voltage, excellent voltage gain ratio, and up to 0.60% dc current transfer ratio.
The device is configured with the 10-kV photodiode centrally located between dual LED elements. The LEDs are physically arranged in reverse parallel and intended for series connection, but are electrically isolated. Forward voltage for the LEDs is typically 1.5 V.
