Vishay Intertechnology's D2TO35 is a 35-W non-inductive, thick-film power resistor featuring an easy-to-mount D2PAK package and a broad range of resistance values.

Construnction: thick-film resistive element on alumina substrate, overmolded and with tinned copper connections
Power rating: 35 W
Resistance range: 0.01 Ω to 550 kΩ
Tolerance: ±1% to ±10%
TCR: ±150ppm/°C standard at resistance values of ≥0.5 Ω
Operating temperature range: -55°C to +175°C;
Features: a thermal resistance of 4.28°C/W junction-to-case at 35 W and +25°C
Packaging: TO-263 (D2PAK)
RoHS compliant? yes and part supports soldering temperatures at +270°C
Target applications: power supply, current sensing, power conversion, high-speed switching, RF, pulse generation, load resistor, snubber, pulse-handling circuit, and amplifier applications in end products including industrial welding machines, test equipment, UPS, locomotive, automotive, and base station systems.
