Metal Foil Resistor Earns QPL Qualification

The RNC90Y metal foil resistors have been added to the QPL. Called the MIL-PRF-55182/RNC90Y, the QPL resistors are currently qualified to M Level and are available in values between 100 ohms and 121,000 ohms in A, B, D, F and T resistance tolerances.

Called the MIL-PRF-55182/RNC90Y, the QPL resistors are currently qualified to M Level and are available in values between 100 ohms and 121,000 ohms in A, B, D, F and T resistance tolerances. R Level qualification is expected shortly. The company has manufactured similar metal foil resistors under NASA's Specification S-311-P-813 for years.
