Designed for high-reliability, surface-mount applications, the M83446 fixed-chip inductors are compliant with the MIL-PRF-83446 standard and are also space-agency qualified to ESA 3201/008. Reporting excellent Q values even at high frequencies and very high self-resonant frequencies, the inductors operate in temperatures from –55ºC to +125ºC. They are available with or without tab terminations, operate over a frequency range from 200 kHz to 1 GHz, and weigh 0.07g. RoHS versions are available upon request. Price starts at $7 each/ 1,000.
