The hermetically-sealed HLP-6000 Series space-level transformer meets MIL-PRF-21038 and MIL-STD-1553 and can also be designed to meet MIL-STD-981, T level and other high-reliability qualifications. Its case is nickel-plated Kovar to reduce EMI and eliminate corrosion and the leads employ gold plating over nickel plated Kovar. Leads exit the transformer through glass ferrules to maintain hermeticity. Tailored for use with 5V, 12V, and 15V transceivers, the HLP-6000 package measures 16 mm x 16 mm x 4.45 mm and is available in flat pack and SMT versions.
