Performing as substitutes or reinforcements for primary and rechargeable batteries, the company's supercapacitors employ a unique, patented electrochemical double-layer screen-printing technique, which makes them shapeable to the needs of a particular application. Available in capacitance values from 7 mF to 40 mF, standard footprint is 17 mm x 17.5 mm with heights ranging from 2.4 mm to 5.3 mm. A low-profile model in the line measures 17.5 mm wide by 28 mm long, but just 1.9 mm high. Nominal voltages range from 2.1V to 12V with ESRs as low as 150 m?, and leakage currents range from 4 µA to 8 µA for the standard components and up to 12 µA for the low-profile capacitors. Capacitance tolerance is from -20% to +80% and maximum surge voltage is 25%. Operating in temperatures from -40ºC to 70ºC, the supercapacitors are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-explosive and RoHS compliant. CELLERGY LTD., Rishon LeZion, Israel. +972 3 7415751.
