The FBM series of EMC ferrite chip beads feature a current rating up to 6A, high impedance and a 0603 size. These components are intended for prevention of line radiated and conducted noise, digital signal waveform correction and the elimination of high-frequency noise in power supply circuits. Designed to operate at commercial temperature ratings of -40° to 85°C, these components are available in eight sizes from 0603 to 1812. Measured at 100 MHz, the value-dependent impedances range from 28W to 1600W with a maximum dc resistance of 0.008W to 0.13W.
