Approved for both MIL-PRF-55182/RNC90Y (R Level) and NASA S-311-P-813 specifications, the Type MAQ metal-foil resistor is designed to handle mechanical stress caused by lead movement and vibration. Sporting a unique two-wire lead construction, the resistor incorporates a high-purity, alumina substrate and proprietary Ni-Cr alloy foil system, said to provide ultra-low TCR. Transfer-molded in epoxy resin, the component also promises strong resistance to heat, humidity and solvents. WILBRECHT ELECTRONICS, St. Paul, MN. (888) 323-8751.
