The PFC-HT series chip resistors employ the company's proprietary TaNFilm self-passivating resistive element technology and feature a wraparound non-leaching termination style in either gold-plated or lead-free versions. This technology allows the components to operate in temperatures from -55°C to 200°C, making them safe for use in high-temperature apps such as down-hole oil drilling sensing equipment. Available in 0603, 0805, and 1206 chip sizes, they offer voltage and power ratings of 33.3V/62.5 mW, 50V/100 mW, and 100V/125 mW, respectively. Resistance values range from 10Ω to 85 kΩ with tolerances to ±1% and absolute TCRs from ±25 ppm/°C to 100 ppm/°C. Pricing is $0.30 each/10,000. For further informstion, call.
