This line of surface-mount tantalum capacitors offers 21 standard value models with capacitance ranging from 0.10 to 220 mF and working voltages from 4V to 50V. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. Standard EIA case sizes are from A (3216) to D (7343), and standard packaging is tape-and-reel with 2000 pieces per reel for A and B sizes and 500 per reel for C and D sizes.
