Combining both a resistor and capacitor on one chip, Models CRCA12E and S thick-film chip arrays are well-suited for high-frequency line terminations, EMI/RFI filtering, and timing circuits in products, such as handheld telephones and computers. Capacitive values are 10 to 1800 pF, and dielectric characteristics include a choice of X7R or Y5U. The arrays are flow solderable, have top and wraparound terminations, and come in international standard sizes.
