SMT Inductors Tout Enhanced Solderability

The CC family of surface-mount inductors features terminations that promise improved solderability, which results in easier and faster assembly, enhanced system performance, and greater system reliability. Targeting RF applications, the inductors span a broad range of inductance and Q values to meet various design requirements. Three series are available: CC0603, CC0805 and CC1008 offering inductance values of from 1.6 to 270 nH, 3.3 to 820 nH, and 10 to 4,700 nH, respectively. The CF1800 series, similar to the CC series except for its ferrite core, can also be supplied in values from 1.2 to 10 µH. Prices range from $0.27 to $0.30 each/1,000.
