The MH Series multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) come in a molded, surface-mount leadframe and promise users high CV and low ESR attributes. The series specifies a 100V rating with a maximum capacitance of 22 µF. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C. Applications include input/output capacitors for industrial and telecoms applications, smoothing circuits, HID, and automotive high CV applications previously impossible due to case size limitations.
