Suitable for use in high-reliability servers, lithium ion battery packs, and open-frame power supplies, the OAR-TP Series open-air, sense resistors feature a flameproof, heavy-gauge metal alloy construction, welded nodes, copper leads, and a long form factor that dissipates heat at the solder joints. The components are also suitable for surge and pulse, feedback, and low-inductance applications. Features include power ratings of 1W, 3W, and 5W, TCRs to ±20 ppm/°C, tolerance values to ±1% and ±5%, and typical inductance values of less than 10 nH. Prices range from $0.248 to $0.34 each/10,000.
