Expanding the SURFTRIM line of surface-mount trimmer capacitors with a new capacitance range, the three models in the GKP series are only 1.2 mm high and measure just 2.2 mm x 3.1 mm. Offered as a new model, the GKP6R066 has a capacitance range from 2.5 pF to 6 pF with a drift after setting of ±1%. It has a minimum Q of 200 at 1 MHz and a temperature coefficient of ±500 ppm/°C over an operating range of -25°C to +85°C. Rated at 26 Vdc, other key features include a dielectric withstanding voltage of 55 Vdc, an insulation resistance of 10⁴ Megaohms, and a tuning torque of 10 to 100 g-cm.
Models GKP10066 and GKP20066 have capacitance ranges of 3 to 10 pF and 4.5 to 20 pF, respectively. Available in carrier-and-reel packaging, price is $0.55 each/2,000 with sample quantities from stock and delivery times of 12 weeks for quantity orders.
