Designed for high-performance applications in BX and BR voltage levels and for temperature-stable applications in BP and BG voltage levels, the M123 Series capacitors are qualified to MIL-PRF-123 specs. The M123A10 through M123A13 ceramic caps are available in a wide range of sizes, values, ratings, and tolerances. The surface-mount capacitors are designed for use in applications requiring space-level reliability. And they are suitable for use in critical frequency applications, such as timing circuits and applications where stability and/or a wider capacitance variation in temperature, voltage, frequency, and life span can be tolerated. Depending on size and quantity, pricing is between $2 and $8.55 each. For more information, contact AVX CORP., Myrtle Beach, SC. (843) 946-0414.
