Integrated Passive Device Terminates GTL Lines

Five PAC 560 GTL Integrated Passive Devices handle a total of 119 lines for Intel processors, terminating all data, address, and control signals. In addition, the high clock speeds of Intel's Celeron and Mendocino CPUs demand a resistor termination that minimizes inductance, exhibits low crosstalk and has excellent high-frequency performance.
