The company has enhanced its range of porcelain and ceramic dielectric multilayer capacitors for lower equivalent series resistance and higher current carrying capabilities. Designed for RF and microwave applications ranging from 10 MHz to 4.2 GHz, the series now includes a 0603-size chip for space-constraint applications. Designated as the AQ Series, these capacitors are available in values from 0.1 pF to 5,100 pF and voltage ratings from 50 Vdc to 500 Vdc with a temperature coefficient of 90 ±20 ppm/°C or 0 ±30 ppm/°C. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
