The HCR50 series low-profile, 0.5W surface-mount chip resistors are capable of handling up to 1.5 kVdc and are available in resistance values ranging from 3 MΩ to 16 MΩ. Sporting a 2010 case size, the components measure 5 mm x 2.5 mm and 0.5 mm high and offer standard tolerances of 5% (J), 10% (K), or 20% (M) and an isolation resistance of 500V. Temperature coefficient of resistance is +200 ppm/°C over a -55 °C to +125 °C operating temperature range. Target applications include high-voltage power supplies, voltage dividers, and power control circuits. HDK AMERICA INC., Barrington, IL. (847) 382-9411.
