Certified as a short-circuit proof isolation transformer complying with VDE 0551, the Model A-15633 isolation transformer is suitable for adapting North American equipment for export. The transformer accepts inputs of 200V, 220V, or 240V at 50/60 Hz and delivers a 115V output rated at 350 VA. Other features include UL-recognized Class 180 insulation, thermal-overload protection, Nomex insulation throughout the coil, an electrostatic safety shield between the primary and secondary, and 0.25" quick-connect terminals. The compact transformer promises an easy fit into existing equipment designs, making it suitable for applications that include commercial appliances, concession and vending machines, business machines, and medical products.
