Screened in accordance with MIL-PRF-55342, the PFC-HF MIL series high frequency chip resistor terminator employs a proprietary self-passivating TaNFilm element that promises high reliability and excellent high frequency performance. Groomed for high-frequency applications including isolators, combiners, satellites, RF sensing, wireless communication, RFID, and high-speed digital transmission line termination, the components are available in 0603, 0805, and 1206 packages and operating frequencies up to 6 GHz. Power ratings include 100 mW, 150 mW, and 250 mW at 70°C with tolerances to ±10%, ±5%, ±2%, and ±1%. Impedance values are either 50O or 75O and operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C.
