Adding to the company's line of MIL-PRF-55342 thick- and thin-film chip resistors, the RM0302 resistors have been qualified to MIL-PRF-55342/13 requirements. The components measure 0.03 x 0.02" x 0.012" with voltage and power ratings up to 15V and 40 mW, respectively. They are available in values from 5.6? to 1 M?, tolerances down to 0.1%, and temperature coefficients as low as 25 ppm. A variety of terminations are also available, including solderable, epoxy-bondable, and wire-bondable styles. Price is under $1 each in production volumes.
