Designed to meet the critical requirements of series resonant power circuits carrying high current at lower capacitance values, the 5PT Series resonant power supply capacitors have a construction that uses heavy metal electrodes in a densely packed configuration that reportedly provides more current per Farad at rated voltage compared to other constructions. The mechanically sturdy lugs accommodate higher currents with minimum inductance and are direct plug-in types. Five compact sizes are offered from 0.500" x 0.730" x 0.645" with standard voltage ratings of 400, 800, 1200 or 1500 vdc. Capacitance values range from 0.010 to 0.100 µF. Current rating is 45A.
