Claiming to achieve the industry’s highest level of ESD protection, the IP4253 and IP4254 EMI filters provide up to ±30 kV of ESD protection. Available in the company's ultra thin leadless package (UTLP), the filters measure just 0.5 mm in height with a pad pitch of 0.4 mm and are among the thinnest EMI filters available. Additionally, the UTLP increases the silicon-to-plastic ratio and offers less parasitic capacitance and inductance due to shorter wire lengths and internal traces. The filters are available in 4-, 6-, and 8-channel configurations with component values ranging from 15 pF to 200 pF. Production quantities are also available in RoHS-compliant and green-package versions without halogens in the plastic. For further information call NXP SEMICONDUCTORS, USA. (800) 447-1500.
