Low-Loss Chip Capacitors Target RF/Microwave Applications

Designed for RF/microwave applications ranging from 10 MHz to 4.2 GHz, the AQ06 Series of chip capacitors include a 0603 sized chip for space limited applications. The new caps employ a fine grain, high density, high purity dielectric material that is immune to moisture. Capacitance values range from 0.1 to 120 pF with tolerances of ±0.1pF, and voltage ratings extend from 50 to 150 vdc.
