A miniature, 9-mm variable resistor, Series 251 is well-suited for use in joystick controls. The resistor also offers 1 million life cycle operation, low rotational torque, and a choice of eight effective shaft angle rotations and optional resistance tap. A wide range of resistance values are offered with standard tolerance of ±20% or ±10%. The device's mechanical attributes include 4- or 5-mm diameter flatted shaft trim or no shaft.
