Compact Capacitor Chip Arrays Come In Values Up To 1 µF

Said to offer the industry’s highest capacitance values per case size, the Multilayer Chip Capacitor (MLCC) Arrays are available in 0603, 0805 or 1206 case sizes with X5R or Y5V temperature ratings. Available parts include a 0603-size, 0.1-µF two-circuit array in both X5R and Y5V ratings.
Other parts include a 0.1 µF component in a 0805 case, four-circuit array rated at X5R and a 1 µF, four-circuit array in a 1206 case rated at X5R. Targeted applications for these compact, high-capacitance arrays include cell phones, notebook PCs, PDAs and other real-estate hungry products.
