MLCs Handle Mid To High Voltages

The CG series multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCs) handle voltages from 50V to 250V. And are useful for strobe and inverter circuits, base station equipment, and telephone exchanges. The SMT CG series comes in 0805, 1206, 1210 and 1812 case sizes. Capacitance values and voltage range combinations include: 0.1 uF, 0.22 uF, 0.47 uF and 1 uF at 100V; and 0.01 uF and 0.1 uF at 250V.
