SMT Inductors Feature Open-Frame Design

Offered in an open-frame package, the smallest component in the DR353 series surface-mount inductors measures 2.5 mm x 3.2 mm and stands 2 mm in height. They are available in inductance values from 0.1 to 560 µH, with a direct-current resistance (DCR) from 0.25 ohms to 28 ohms. Current ratings range from 40 to 700 mA. The series operates in temperatures from -40°C to +130°C, and all materials meet UL 94V-0 requirements. The components are compatible with high-speed automated pick-and-place assembly and high-temperature soldering equipment. Custom inductor packages can be supplied for unique circuit requirements.
