Groomed for aerospace, military, and other high-reliability applications, the Model 4257 pulse transformers feature a sealed design that meets Mil-PRF-21038 requirements. The transformers specify a dielectric strength of 250 VRMS and an insulation resistance of 10,000 M, and they can withstand a maximum peak-pulse voltage up to 50V. Inductance values range from 30 µH to 500 µH with primary DCRs from 0.38 to 0.81. Other specifications include turns ratios from 1:1:1 to 2:1:1 (primary, secondary, tertiary), leakage from 0.13 µH to 0.50 µH, and inter-wind capacitances from 7.5 pF to 25 pF. Measuring 7.62 mm x 10.2 mm x 4.32 mm, the transformers operate in temperatures from –30°C to +80°C. Price is under $7 each/1,000.
