Providing users with higher resistance values in smaller packages, the Chromaxx Series, chromium silicon oxide, thin-film resistors (TFRs) provide resistance values up to 15 M?. They exhibit a sheet resistance of 1 k?/square and are available in wire-bondable chips, SOT, SIPS, and SON packages, two-resistor divider chips, and EIA chip sizes including 0603, 0805, 1206, 1505, 2010, and 2510. Custom schematics and values are also available. Features include tolerances to ±1%, absolute TCRs to ±50 ppm/ºC with resistance values up to 15 M? in the 2512 package, and an operating temperature range from -65ºC to +150ºC.
