Adding to the company's range of non-inductive power resistors, the BHPR series extends power-handling capabilities via two TO-227 components with power ratings up to 250W and 300W. The four-terminal 250W and 300W resistors have one or two resistors in each package, configured as a single-element 300W or dual-resistor 250W combination within the chassis-mount package. Resistance values range from 1Ω to 1 kΩ with tolerances up to ±5% and TCRs to 100 ppm/°C. The resistors provide thermal flow from the resistive element to the integral base metal flange and are rated for operation in temperatures from –55°C to +155°C. Other features include RoHS compliance and low-inductance M4 screw terminals to thwart the effects of vibration. Pricing starts at $17.69 each in low volume. BI TECHNOLOGIES, Fullerton, CA.
